I went through three rounds of interviews, meeting with HR, the team lead, and finally the CTO. While the earlier interviews went well, the last one with the CTO was tough. He kept cutting me off while I was introducing myself and answering questions. It felt disrespectful and left me feeling pretty down about the whole experience.

The hiring process was quick. I got a call from Ayaz, the Talent Aqusition Specialist and had a very pleasant conversation about the role and what was expected. I accepted to be contacted by the hiring manager, Tim. Had my first interview with Tim on phone which went well followed by a second call from Ayaz to provide feedback on the phone interview and schedule and online assessment. I completed the assessment and being successful, I was invited for an in-person interview (2nd interview) at Book4Time. I met with Tim, Ayaz and Murty for about 30mins. I was drilled on various technical questions and scenarios. Soon after the session, I got to meet and chat with Roger (CEO) which was so cool. The entire interview process did not feel stressful like previous interviews. Ayaz made me feel comfortable and everyone else was very friendly. I knew this would be one place I would really like to work. I got a call the next week with an offer which I accepted. Overall, my interview experience was a very pleasant one. Kudos to the hiring team and Book4Time management.
