Unfortunately, this was perhaps the worst interview process that I have ever encountered. The initial interview was strange and awkward. The person interviewing me would ask a question, but then have their focus leave the screen as if someone had walked into the room which multiple times threw me and actually stopped me from answering because I thought they were interacting with someone else. I attempted to follow up after multiple interviews and received nothing and no notice that they were moving forward with another candidate or we're no longer taking interviews.
