Casual interview with the manager. Nothing too intense. I was referred by the bartender and just came in for an interview without an appointment before they were open for business.
Just be yourself. It'll become pretty clear if you've made stuff up as you work there. Experience with alcohol is probably a good thing to have but not really a must. It helps if you have experience with serving. Most people have come in with years of experience waiting tables.

The interview was quiete typical. I sat through 3 rounds with a lady younger than me. I was grilled extensively and asked to come up with a custom cocktail. When I didn't it was a big deal

Was really easy. I initially applied for the bartending position, but I know I didn’t have the biggest amount of experience so I didn’t mind the serving position..Which I have 6 years or more serving. Simple interview questions, about experience, how many hours etc. However, they changed it where when getting hired you start at the lowest position which is servers assistant and you get tipped out from the servers. Basically asking if I was okay making 200 a week. Which is extremely laughable. Years of serving experience and I’m supposed to come work and make money like I’m 16 again. No thanks. It’s actually really disrespectful.
