was online. staff were very sweet. did situation based questions. group interview. asked about other locations you may want to work at too. also we’re very accommodating to questions, other candidates were nice too. liked it but i was 14 when interviewed so i could not accommodate expected work hours during school.

Entrevista
About 40 candidates were at the group interview and around 7 interviewers (state manager, manager, assistant manager etc). When you arrive they take your resume, give you a name tag, take a picture of you (with name tag) then assign you a table. There were 4 tables with 8-10 other canditates on them. First you had to do an icebreaker, 2 truths 1 like and then moved onto a group roleplay - each table given a different scenario - where you had to act how you would help a customer find what they're looking for (promotions, upselling, etc). For the role play try and act a major role (e.g. not just be a rack holding a clothing) such as the employee or the customer so the assessors remember you and make sure you discuss what questions you are going to asking (the assessors listen to you discuss with the team as well). After that you have a small break, around ten minutes. Then you are given cards with scenarios and you order the most important to least important (eg. first would be you see someone putting clothing into their handbag and last would be your friend walks in to say hi). After this is the one of one interviews.
