Applied through linkedin then got a call back from the recruiter. All was going fairly well until it got to salary expectations. They asked what I was expecting and I stated the range in their job description, then I was asked how much I'm currently earning. The recruiter then said it was quite the jump to go from my current salary to what they're offering then I didn't hear back. Didn't follow up as I found that engagement tacky. Seems like they're out to lowball people. Avoid.
