Small group interview, only three of us showed up. It was a lovely comfortable atmosphere, we went over skills, answered questions individually, filled out an editing sheet and identified which of the companies core values described us most. Progressed to second interview immediately where we met managers and were asked more in depth questions about our skills, knowledge and background in relation to the job.
