First interview were basic questions, why are you looking for a new job and information about Bona. The second interview started off rude. I was invited to a virtual interview in which the interviewer joined with no video (her camera was off the entire time) just sound. She also mentioned she was a control freak (she wants everything to run smoothly) and then stated she’s not a micromanager right after.

I applied to the recruiter directly. The first call was set up, but I didn't hear from anyone. I had to reach out to reschedule. The 2nd call was set up as a follow up with the VP of operations. There was no follow up from them. I felt like I was chasing them for the job. The process took 2-3 months.
