I have 2 years of experience and recently went through an exhausting 6-round interview process with [Company Name]. After completing all rounds, they assured me they would call me on Monday to discuss my notice period and issue the offer letter. However, they never followed up.
When I reached out, they suddenly changed their stance, saying they needed a candidate who could join within 2-3 weeks. Shockingly, they also expected me to start working without an offer letter, claiming they would issue one only after 2-3 weeks of observation.
Even though I was willing to restart as a fresher just for this opportunity, their last-minute changes and lack of transparency made it clear that they are not trustworthy. No professional company should ask candidates to work without an official offer.
If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine what it’s like working there. Job seekers, be cautious before considering opportunities with them!
