The application included styling a look for a client and the interview included discussing why we chose the particular items we styled. Also, there was a 10 minute "test" where I had to come up with a customer service response. The focus of the interview was on how you style and deal with customer concerns or issues

Submitted a cover letter and resume. Invited into the office to meet in person and expand on my interest and experience. The team led me through an exercise of a mock style profile.
