I filled out an application and received a call the same week. I was told to come in for an interview. When I came there, there was also about 20-30 other person there waiting for the interview. While we was waiting we had to fill to some form and wait until your name is called. We I was called in the room there was 4 mechanic in the room with 1 supervisor. They all asked me question and I answered. Everything went smooth and took about 1 hour. After that then they told me to go home and we'll call you in a week or so.

Applied online and got a call from Aerotek recruiter in a week's time. He was super friendly and briefly explained about the available position. Asked a few basic questions about my experience and education background. I was then called for an exam with minimum 70% passing range. Exam was easy, nothing too complicated. Basic questions related to sheet metal, aircraft drawings and fabrication. Once I cleared the exam, I was given a date for interview after 2 days. Both managers for Global 7500 and Global Express were very friendly and cool.
