Entrevista
I had a phone screen, followed by a day of on-site interviews with three members of the team and a second on-site interview with the CEO, Ryan.
The thing that stood out to me most from the interview was that Bolt has a very high bar for people they add to their team. My interviews included an extensive check on my experience and skills, and after my final on-site, Bolt asked for and contacted a number of my references from previous jobs. Compared to most start-up interviews I'd been in, it was clear that they are looking for top caliber, high impact multiplier people to add to their team.
In one of my interviews, I was also asked about my view on diversity, office culture, and impact. Clear that they value people from non-traditional backgrounds and a diversity of perspectives on their team.
