Interviewed with two senior members before meeting with Alle Fister (the owner). They were all friendly and nice. I interviewed for a digital and influencer role, so I met with the head of that division and then someone who was VP level. After that is when I met with Alle. All went well, just had a gut feeling that it would be just like the agency I was coming from at the time. The only reason why I didn’t take the role was because I decided I actually didn’t want to stay at an agency and wanted to go in house.
