I applied online and within less than a day they got back to me and said they would like me to fill out a questionaire and write an essay about influencer marketing (red flag right there) what company makes a job applicant write an essay and fill out a VERY LONG questionaire and both required outside research. I spent hours trying to perfect both the essay and questionaire because the job seemed super interesting to me. I thought I did a really good job because I am very informed about influencer marketing and spent a lot of time on the work they gave me. The president of the company got back to me very quicly and gave me a letter grade on my essay (again, red flag, what company gives letter grades to job applications. SMH.) He told me if I can re-do the essay and get an "A" than he'll consider giving me an interview. I rewrote the essay with the corrections he gave me. He then he responded like 2 days later saying that I didn't get the job. Who gives letter grades to job applications? I felt like I was in school! The president seems like a real tough cookie and I'm very happy I didn't get the job and have to work for him.
