I was reached out to by a Bohler recruiter. After having a phone interview with the recruiter to discuss qualifications and my career goals I was scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview touched on qualifications but was more geared toward selling me on the company and my career path within the company.
The interview process was standard. Meets expectations. Interviewer was my future direct boss. Easy conversation and truthful on the part of Bohler. I'm glad I took the position and proceeded to work here.
