Applied online mid October and had a phone conference interview with a panel of four personnel. I received an offer for the position one to two weeks after the interview. Background check and drug test were completed in about two weeks. The overall process would have been completed sooner, but I received a conditional offer the day before the 2 week holiday (Christmas and New Year's) break.
