Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Boeing (Long Beach, CA)
Entrevista
There was a call with a couple gentlemen and it felt significantly more bland and off-putting than most interviews I've been in. This was during covid, and I turned my camera on, which was appreciated. The interviewers felt distant, but upon speaking to the hiring manager after accepting an offer it seems that that is the norm for such a large company.

The usual "how did you deal with adversity" and "tell me about a time when you didn't agree with your direct supervisor" which everyone should be prepared for.
HR interview and 3 people interview after that. Webcam off and each ask different questions. They want to know your background, systems used and years of experience you have. Pretty simple
The interview is a standard STAR process. I found it to be laid back and not intimidating. The management joked with each other and that set me at ease. The questions were straightforward. If you practice interviewing in the STAR format you will be ahead of the curve.
First you do a phone screening with HR, they ask you some qualifying questions and record your anwsers for the hiring manager. If then the manager likes your anwsers they will scedule a panel interview where they ask you STAR questions. My panel was all women , they asked supply-chain related "diversity" questions.
