Great interview process...everyone was willing to discuss the current status of the org. Questions came in a panel forum and focused on fit with organization. This was a very comfortable format.

Tell me about a situation where you needed to navigate conflict.
Overall interview impression is good, the interviewers are very professional and they did respect interviewers. The questions raised during interviews were professional as well. Overall good experience. I would like to give good ratings for the professionalism.
Interview was swift and recruiter got back to me super fast, glad that big corporations are getting back to people so quickly! Although I did not take the job, it's nice to see a big business like boeing really putting people first.

Interview is done in Hirevue format with a computer. You have beginner questions that are designed to help you prepare for the interview. The questions are behavioral questions set where they ask you how you would respond in a certain situation. Also have 3 assessments.
