Phone call with a recruiter, then one on one with a hiring manager. Lastly a phone conference call with about 4 other people for an hour. The entire process took around 2 weeks and was fairly well managed. I got the impression that there was a rush to fill this position. Unfortunately, the offer I recieved was extremely low. I hadn't seen an offer that low since I was a brand new grad with 0 years experience. There was no room for negotiations so I immediately turned it down. One of the few times I wished salary was covered earlier in the interview process (it was never touched on at all until I received an offer) to save everyone hours of time.
