The recruiter did not set me up for success. Called me, it was about a 2 minute phone call, asked me 1-2 questions and then set me up for a 2nd interview. Had idea what to expect

Called for a phone screen and then scheduled for 2 rounds of interviewing with the manager and the team. It was standard STAR/story telling questions. It was clear the manager was new to her role and not prepared to interview which l found shocking.
