I was recruited through SWE the Society of Women in Engineering. I went to the SWE convention in Minneapolis and talked to a recruiter at the booth and they were incredibly friendly and very considerate of your time. It’s very important to be yourself and show them how excited you are to be involved intheir company.

If you go online and search personality based questions, it would be a great review for the interview. I cannot give away specific questions, but Boeing will tell you that they really value leadership skills and volunteer hours.
