El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Boeing en may 2009
Entrevista
Interviewing with Boeing was a very pleasant experience. Although I submitted my application over 6 months prior to ever hearing back from anyone, the process ran very smoothly from the initial call back for an interview. The interview was rather relaxed as they try to get to know more about you and ask if you have any questions for them. As for the technical aspects of the interview, there were really only three questions. I can't remember exactly what they were but be ready to give stories or examples of how you are a leader, adabtable to change etc....

Pregunta 1
Give an example of a time you had to adapt to change.
The interview focused heavily on finance-related questions, covering both technical and conceptual topics. It wasn’t overly difficult, but it also wasn’t a breeze—I'd say it struck a fair balance. The interviewer seemed knowledgeable and was thorough without being intimidating. Overall, a solid experience that tested my understanding without feeling overwhelming

Pretty easy and standard questions. Remember to use the STAR method to answer them. Make sure to bring up any relevant information you have for the company, such as your interest in planes or working for a manufacturing company

STAR Format Behavioral Questions (about 45 min), questions asked are things like "Why do you want to work at Boeing," tell me a time when.. The process was pretty easy and was just one interview for the internship.
