Structured interview process. Typically not able to conduct in person interviews. HR screening process of applicants is poor. Structured interview questions are veey ineffective and do not allow either the hiring manager or applicant do a good job of conveying experience. Standard interview consists of same questions to all applicants.

A phone call with the hiring manager and a couple of people on the team. Several typical interview questions. I didn't know exactly who I was talking to, and I described a time that included one of the interviewers in a slightly negative light.

Interview process was in the STAR format. They were 4 interviewers. Each one of them asked one question. I did not get the job, Feedback was 1). they could not hear me properly because lot of background noise 2). for the situation lacked describing clear results.
