Went to the campus job fair as a sophomore. At the booth they where screening resumes by GPA and graduate date. I was chosen and invited to 1:1 interviews the same evening on-campus. It was a standard STAR inteview with some additional questions about which programming languages I felt most comfortable with. Was asked about personal projects and about my experiences with RTOS development and my familiarity with ADA.

It was very easy. I thought they would ask a lot of things but they just asked about the projects that we did. It included full stack, gen ai project. The interviewer was also chill

Not bad, but since the software test is in pen and paper so you should practice pseudo code and not cheat. Interviews are now in the post AI era where companies use it extensively or not at all
