Interview by panel of 2-3 employees. 1 HR and 1-2 Managers. Interview was in STAR format (situation task action result) the process of getting to the interview varies.

Call from the recruitment person , brief overview .
Panel of three people with different functions on site .
The interview continued for 1 hour , with a series of questions mainly about interaction with other people and team management .

Entrevista
Online my status of application was updated to "interview in progress" for one month before anyone called to set up the face to face interview. Once I was at the face to face it consisted of a panel style interview of 4 managers that all took turns asking structured interview questions.
None of the questions related to the specific job and were more about leadership style. The interview was supposed to last an hour and went slightly over so I was rushed out to get the next applicant in.
It was almost two months later before I heard back that they had not selected me.
