I applied online. The first round of interview was conducted by their US team over a phone call. After the first round, I was asked to come down to their office in Bangalore for the 2nd round of interview. After the interview, I was told that someone would get back to me with the feedback in a week's time. No one has ever got back to me after the 2nd round of interview. They did not bother to respond to my email with the status updates. Neither my application status was change on their careers portal. They took more than a month to conduct 2 rounds of interview and never got back with the status update. It was a frustrating experience.

Both the rounds of interview were conducted in structured format where the panelists ask questions related to candidate's experience. They also gave scenarios to which candidates had to respond appropriately.

Even if you are the best candidate selected in the first round which is purely technical, STILL they will yank you off in the second so called STAR round! Every project is a learning experience and being asked to single out one experience which answering situation based questions is tough. Boeing should understand that technically sound folks with an excellent track record will continue to be the best in business!In both rounds Interviewers did not show up on video but expect the candidate to be on video which tends to distracting especially when the Interviewers don't make the candidate comfortable. Interviewers in the second round were not cordial and behaved as if they are doing a favor by granting an interview timeslot!

First round - personal interview. I had applied the post online and after short listing my resume. HR had called me to schedule the interview. It was initial discussion for 15 to 30 minutes and interviewer asked few basic question about the jobs. But surprisingly, I was rejected after that interview, I really didn't understand how the interview process worked.
