Two Rounds: 1. Non-Technical Personal Interview (1-on-1): Recruiter determines if your personality is a good fit for Boeing's structure/culture. Asks about old projects, conflict resolution, previous experience, etc... 2. Technical Group Interview (4-on-1 (or more)): Group exercise where the employees give the candidates a problem to dissect, solve, and present a solution. They give you 15 mins to read the problem and develop an individual solution, 15 mins to work as a group to mix solutions, then 5 mins to present.

In early August a local HR employee called me regarding a IT position, she did some random questions just to test my english I think. She also asked my salary expectations, then she scheduled a call with some Global IT managers to the next week. I haven't had any response since the last interview, passed more than 20 days since then. Sent her a few followup emails, but no response at all. The managers also could not describe the roles and responsabilities accurately, which made me feel distrustful. The funny part is that they sent me a well elaborated guide on how to behave in the interview, to follow a interview framework, don't share confidential information, etc, everything very fancy, but the managers did not even know to describe the position everyday tasks.
