Boeing uses the STAR method. Five questions about how you react in certain work situations. Diversity situations, team situations, etc. two people usual, HR and hiring manager. They grade with a score but will not tell you what your score it is for internal purposes.

Entrevista
Interview was scheduled well ahead of time and email followed indicating what type of interview would be conducted. It was a behavioural interview related to technical tasks to be performed. Feedback from HR department was received within 10 days of the interview. The whole process was extremely fair. Questions will not be disclosed as NDA was signed.
