First I emailed the contact with my resume and letting them know my interest in working this position. A week later I got a reply listing interview times and dates - I had an option to reschedule but didn't need to. Went into the interview - it was very casual as it was at a college. There was a large panel of people - full time faculty and student worker managers. The person in charge asked me questions about why I was interested and what skills I had that were relevant. Then I was allowed to asked questions. The whole thing took about 7 minutes.
