Initial interview setup via telephone. Interview President and V.P of Marketing on 1st interview date. Received call on Day 2 to ask me if I could come up for a group interview on the 3rd day. Very little notice. Accepted and went for a group interview that lasted 3 hours. Received call next day that they had not made up their minds on the selection process. Received an E Mail two weeks later that another candidate was selected. Seemed odd they would want me back on a 2nd interview so quickly and then go with another candidate soon thereafter.
