Applied through website Round 1: General Questions through Resume and Experience with HR. Round 2: With Solution Architect Round 3: The Entire Team which Include the Solution Architects, Program Founder(Director)& HR. This round was a case study where you act as a Bluewolf Consultant and act as your client. They want to check your understanding of Salesforce tool, and how you can use the tool to solve the problem for the clients. Even though they say that the Salesforce is not requisite at the first round of interview, so the expectation for the final round is still vague. The Entire Experience was a very smooth and pleasant one, and they make sure you are comfortable and not too nervous.

They have 3 rounds. 1st will be HR round, quite simple. 2nd round will again be a phone call and a Solution Architect talks to you, asking simple behavioral questions. The last round was to present a case-study. I had less time to prepare but I gave my best. Unfortunately, I didnt get any offer but I was really looking forward to work with them.
