The hiring process was rather standard; Submitted my resume to HR and shortly afterward they reached out and requested a face to face interview with me. The interview was conducted by committee of four team members; Director of Integration, Director of Human Resources, Director of Service, and an incumbent Integration Coordinator. Overall, the interview lasted about one hour and consisted of typical questions regarding my past experience and general knowledge.
