Was contacted via phone, and told of the opportunity available, and I expressed my interest. HR reached out via email and phone a week or so later to establish a date/time for initial interview. Interview took place over the phone with HR and dept head, through WebEx. Following the initial interview, about a week later, I went through another interview with the CEO, Chris Bond. The interview was enlightening, learned a good deal about the company and asked many questions. Another day or two went by, and an official offer was sent, we set a call/WebEx to review the contract, benefits and etc.
