I applied online by submitting my resume to their website. I then had an hour-long phone interview with an HR rep who went over a few technical questions and my background as a student. Have yet to hear back from them.

I applied through a employment service my university offered and was contacted a few days later to schedule a phone interview. I spoke with two recruiters. They asked about my background, knowledge I had regarding the position and had me do a few analytical math questions.

Asked me about specific things on my resume. Then did some math questions and brain teasers. Then room for you to ask questions. Interviewer was nice and attentive.
