The interview process was relatively easy and the people I met seemed very personable and professional. The company seems to have a positive culture. However, the pay was extremely low for this position. They came in lower than my current salary. This was frustrating as I felt that I had wasted my time going through the whole process over several weeks when I was upfront about my salary requirements from the beginning.

I had a phone interview which included a 20 question placement test. This was with the hiring manager. Once I bombed the test but still went in for an interview. It was a face to face interview with team lead and hiring manager and it went very well! Hired as a SA1.
