Applied online and had a phone interview with a Recruiter. Then a second phone interview with the hiring manager. Third and final step- in person interview with hiring manager and 2 other prospective colleagues. This was a strange experience- it felt like the hiring manager was trying to talk me out of the job and it worked. In addition to not having an actual space prepared (they moved a bunch of clutter off an empty desk when I walked in), the 2 other interviewers were 20 minutes late. I asked about the performance appraisal process and the hiring manager stated that she would give the 2 interviewers feedback about being late to the interview but that was pretty much it.
