First - I sent them my CV in docx format - they got back to me, said they couldnt open it :D Then, they sent me a TEST for Portuguese and English Languages (around 50 questions each of multiple choices each), then a written accessment (wchich I need to reply also in both languages) and questionnary. I realised that I need to spend at least 1-2 hours doing this, when is clear from my CV that I have necessary language skills (and they can easily be checked in interview). For a basic "first-job" salary and duties I decided to net spend my time with this.

1 - How I would reply to facebook question of client if there is strange plane behavior and pilot have stroke. 2 - Describe best and worst customer experience.
First it was a hiring process with an exam, then there was a phone call of 15 minutes to get to know me, after that there was a videoconference with two representatives of the company.
