Thank you for your feedback. Although I had no intention of "ghosting" you, that you felt you were is unfortunate. I realize that we've failed to meet your expectations and I am sorry for that. I need to do better. We are overwhelmed us with the number of applications submitted, as its been significantly higher than what we'd seen in past postings pre-COVID. We have not yet filled the position and are still conducting initial 1 on 1 calls similar to the one you'd had with me. Although this does not dismiss that your timeline was not met, we are only 20 days from the time the job was posted, and are still in our process of due-dilligence. Thank you again for your feedback.
