i sent an email with my resume and cover letter attached to the email address listed on craigslist.org. I then showed up at the branch that was hiring to introduce myself and fill out an application. The manager told me that the resume was enough, but he would put my name down on his list. He also gave me his business card and told me to call him by friday if I hadn't heard from him. I called him on thursday to follow up. He said i was on his list for interviews and i would be receiving a call the next day to setup an interview. They didn't call on friday, but they did call on saturday and we setup an interview for the following monday. In the interview they said they required overtime with an average of 50 hours a week. They also said that their budget only allowed them to pay 10 to 11 dollars an hour, yet they were looking for someone "long term" (3-5 years). They also had me take a "personality snapshot" test after the interview.
