Applied via Linkedin, and took their talent acquisition a couple of weeks to respond (with no prior warning).
Had an informal interview view the department head, which was okay. Was pitched as more of a chat than an interview.
Was given an assessment with a deadline of a week to finish.
Was informed two weeks later that it wasn't to their standard and the interview process wasn't going to continue. That was sent as a quite shorr and abrupt email as I was unable to take their phone call - which again was done with no prior warning.

Entrevista
Initial chat with Talent Aquisition, which was informal and very friendly. The full process was an interview with the team lead, a written assessment (multiple tasks with a week to complete and return) and finally an interview with the full authoring team. The Talent Aquisition team were particularly welcoming and helpful, keeping me informed at each stage. My interview process took just over 2 weeks, but other candidates were also being interviewed so unfortunately, I was still waiting for final feedback after 4 weeks. I accepted an offer with a different company so withdrew my application.
