At first recruiter called directly without any appointment, this is always unprofessional approach. Then interview with hiring manager, then panel interview. Then again unprofessional behaviour, no feedback for interview. It appears that they do not care about people. It is surprising how they setup a whole day interview and do not send courtesy email to give feedback to the candidate.
