Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Blue Origin (Kent, WA) en nov 2019
Entrevista
Very in depth. Required a powerpoint presentation of myself and previous projects that would be 1 hour long including my presentation, and any Q&A. Also had to write a paper on my interest in space.

a few phone call interviews, nothing too technical. run through experience make sure you are at lease relevant. told that i made the final round and then that it was not going to happen because of a company wide audit.
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Blue Origin (Kent, WA)
Entrevista
Around 3 phone interviews with HR; lightly technical. Focused really on “Why do you want to work for Blue Origin?” Then followed by an invitation to interview in person. I had to prepare a 1 hour PowerPoint presentation in which I spoke about my experiences in depth without divulging proprietary info: 50 minutes of me followed by 10 minutes of Q&A from the group. From there it broke into 1 on 1 round robins; about 15-30 mins each. Then the team took me out to lunch. I figured this was the “social interview” or “can we have a beer after work with this person” kind of interview. After lunch it was another few round robins then I was done.
