A recruiter reached out to me, we chatted on the phone and an interview was setup with an engineer in the group. My experience with the recruiter was great but my experience with the eningeer wasn't good. I went for an in-person interview anyway in Seattle because I really enjoy working with rockets. The start of the interview was a presentation about me that was given to all the people that I would be speaking with. Brillant on Blue Origin's part! That made it so I didn't have to spend most of the interviews saying the same thing over and over again. I received a call from the recruiter on my way to the airport letting me know they would be extending an offer.
