The entire process involved two calls (one initial call, one technical screen) followed by an onsite interview.
The onsite itself consisted of a group presentation, followed by a few one-on-ones with other developers and team members. It felt very much like it was designed to weed out candidates that weren't perfect. The timing of the interview combined with their interview style results in a lengthy and tiring process which seemed designed to ensure candidates make mistakes. It seemed less about seeing how you solve problems and think about solutions in a real world environment and more like an extension of phone technical screenings made worse.
The people seemed genuinely excited to work at Blue Origin but at the same time it felt like a culture where mistakes and gaffes are not tolerated. I'm not sure that's a particularly healthy environment to work in.

Interview process was incredibly over-complicated with requests to build a presentation on the company itself in the 3rd round. Even for a software engineer this was an abhorrent interview process and I self selected to drop out which does appear to be what they're shooting for with these practices. Trying to weed out anyone who is not completely bought in to their specific company without ever having worked there.
Went through the whole process, just to be ghosted. I received a generic rejection email over the weekend. Zero communication even after multiple follow-ups. As if candidates in this market haven't already had enough people telling them they don't matter.
Applied on company's website. HR reached out and asked a few questions about why Blue Origin and citizenship status. Then scheduled an interview with manger. Did not go past the manager.
