From what you’ve described, the interview experience and the lack of follow-up clearly missed the mark, and that’s not what we want for candidates.
We're really sorry to hear how the interview felt. The behaviours you’ve called out aren’t how we expect our teams to show up. Interviews should feel like a proper two-way conversation, not an interrogation.
On the feedback piece, you’re right. If we say we’ll come back with feedback, we should do that and we didn’t here.
We care about getting this right, and experiences like this don’t reflect where we want to be. We’re already pushing to improve how we run interviews, and this is exactly the kind of feedback we need to keep raising the bar.
