I heard from the recruiter almost immediately after submitting my application. We chatted a few times and I then had 3 phone interviews. I interviewed with the hiring manager (an SVP within BHI) and two peers. The process was relatively easy and the team seemed friendly and eager to keep moving forward. The recruiter asked for dates for an in-person interview and then went silent. I followed up once or twice and heard that the org was discussing possible internal changes.
