I was interviewed one day by the Regional Sales person who gave me a really positive, this is a great company to work for that will do everything in its power to help their employees succeed. The second interview was with a Regional Manager who told me all the hardships of the community that it had to recover from. There wasn't a whole lot of talking on my part. It was kind of like they wanted to see if I would just take the job.
