After being contacted by the HR rep, I was invited in for an interview with the head of IA/UX and a senior designer. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. Not sure if this is typical or if it's because of a lack of chemistry. I didn't feel like it went badly but did have a sense that it wasn't great. Kind of a cool situation.

The process was straightforward. Met with CEO and Head IA. Went over my work. The CEO had never heard of Sketch (it's a Windows design house) and was very much invested in the idea of SEO and social media. Not a very progressive or forward thinking studio. I'm sure it's a great place if you've never done IA work and are looking to break into the field.
