Spoke in person first with one Vice President, then another, then finally the President. Salary negotiation went shockingly badly - I almost walked out of the interview when the President told me with a straight face they intended to pay me $20K less than I hoped for, because that was the "market rate". He was wrong - I was overqualified for the position and worth the extra $20K if given the power to change this company for the better.
