I was blind sided by the fact this is practically a door to door selling position. The title of the position is a blatant lie and offensive to those who are actually looking for mid-level career positions. Do not waste your time if you are someone of higher education.

I applied in indeed and received a phone call about a week later. The caller was very friendly and personable. Interview scheduled on the phone immediately after a few questions.

Entrevista
As explained to me during the interview; The Account Manager role is a position in a retail location around the Detroit market. You will be placed in a retail location to talk to customers and sell them on AT&T services such as mobile, internet, and TV.
The first interview was a short 20-minute zoom. The interviewer asked basic questions to get to know the candidate better and gave a quick overview of the company. Plenty of time for questions.
If you are chosen for the second round of interviews you will have a zoom call that will last an hour and a half.
