Interviewer missed the first interview without warning. During the rescheduled interview they were extremely low energy and unmotivated, and talked over me whenever I was answering a question. They asked very private upper management/financial questions about my previous company, and also seemed as though they hadn't read my application materials before reaching out for an interview as they seemed surprised about my work history and insinuated I wasn't remotely what they were looking for. I ended up telling them I wasn't interested in moving forward because of the lack of organization and motivation on their end.
